ABOUT
As anyone who has been through a 200-hr program knows, much of what you learn doesn’t get fully digested. We study, we pay attention and then despite our best efforts, 6 months later we find ourselves grasping for words to explain internal rotation or the concept of santosha. This program is designed for those who can relate.
Through group and individual study, you will receive a thorough review of the basic concepts of yoga (limbs---both esoteric and anatomical), how to weave a class effectively, living like a yoga teacher and ways to have an impact (moving from instructor to teacher). Because much of what you learn is best digested through experiential learning, there will also be some group teaching exercises and opportunities for feedback.
